For what purpose is the service used?

Collection of key figures for web analysis in order to improve the offer.

What data is collected?

IP address (will be immediately anonymized),
Device type, device brand, device model,
Operating system version,
Browser/browser engines and browser plugins,
URLs accessed,
the website from which the accessed page was reached (referrer site),
Length of stay,
downloaded PDFs,
entered search terms.

The IP address is not saved completely, the last two octets are omitted/altered at the earliest possible point in time (example: 181.153.xxx.xxx).

No cookies are stored on the device. If consent is not given for data collection, an opt-out cookie will be placed on the end device, which ensures that no data is collected.

How long is the data stored?

The anonymized IP address is stored for 90 days and then deleted.

On what legal basis is the data collected?

The legal basis for collecting the data is the consent of the user in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Consent can be revoked at any time on the data protection page. The lawfulness of the data processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected.

Where is the data processed?

Matomo is operated locally on the servers of the technical service provider in Germany (processor).

Description:

Eine Schwangerschaft kann etwas Wunderbares sein. Der Alltag und die Lebensplanung verändern sich grundlegend, wenn sich neues Leben ankündigt.

Aber wir wissen auch, dass die neue Situation Probleme, Unsicherheiten, Befürchtungen und viele Fragen mit sich bringen kann. Wir sind vertraut mit den Fragen, die sich Frauen und Männer im Zusammenhang mit einer Schwangerschaft stellen:

  • Sind wir/bin ich der Verantwortung ausreichend gewachsen?
  • Wie wird sich die Beziehung durch ein Kind verändern?
  • Schaffe/n ich/wir es, mit der Situation finanziell klar zu kommen?
  • Muss ich meine Berufsplanung in Frage stellen oder meine Ausbildung abbrechen?
  • Was ist, wenn mein Kind möglicherweise behindert ist?
  • Wo kann ich Unterstützung erhalten und wie mache ich rechtliche Ansprüche geltend
    (z.B. Unterhalt oder Elterngeld)?

Wer kann sich an uns wenden?

  • Frauen/Paare in Not- und Konfliktsituationen während der Schwangerschaft und nach der Geburt bis zum dritten Lebensjahr des Kindes
  • Frauen/Paare mit finanziellen Problemen im Zusammenhang mit einer Schwangerschaft
  • Frauen/Paare mit Informationsbedarf im Zusammenhang mit einer Schwangerschaft
  • Frauen/Paare mit psychischen oder sozialen Konflikten nach einem Schwangerschaftsabbruch
  • Jugendliche, Frauen und Männer/Paare unabhängig von einer Schwangerschaft mit Fragen zur Sexualität, Familienplanung und Empfängnisregelung
  • Frauen/Paare im Zusammenhang mit einer Präimplantationsdiagnostik (PID)

  • Frauen/Paare vor oder nach einer Pränataldiagnostik (PND)

Eine Bescheinigung, die zum Abbruch eine Schwangerschaft berechtigt, können Sie bei uns nicht erhalten.
Bei Bedarf vermitteln wir an andere Fachberatungsdienste wie Paarberatung, Schuldnerberatung etc.

Unsere Beratungsgrundsätze

  • Wir beraten in der Regel kostenfrei.
  • Unsere Beratung steht Jeder und Jedem offen, unabhängig von Religion und Nationalität.
  • Wir beraten vertraulich und unterliegen der gesetzlichen Schweigepflicht.
  • Sie können die Beratung allein, in Begleitung Ihres Partners oder einer anderen Person Ihres Vertrauens in Anspruch nehmen.

 

Types of counselling:
persönliche Beratung, telefonische Beratung

Counselling certificate (Beratungsschein):
This counselling center does not issue a counselling certificate (Beratungsschein) according to §§5 and 6 of the Schwangerschaftskonfliktgesetz (SchKG, Pregnancy Conflict Act).

Reimbursement of contraceptive costs:
This counselling center can apply for the costs of contraceptives to be covered for women on low incomes (e.g. from a special fund of the municipality or from model projects). The counselling centers will inform you about the exact regulations and possibilities.

Financial support: Funds from the Bundesstiftung Mutter und Kind (Federal Foundation Mother and Child) can be allocated via this counselling center.
